Dance Career Endowment Fund
The Dance Career Endowment Fund is the only institution in the Czech Republic that actively supports professionals in the field of dance, movement theatre and circus before and within the process of career transition. We are building up a system that will ensure appropriate conditions for career change.
The Dance Career Endowment Fund was founded in 2015.
As defined by its statutes, the Fund’s activities focus on providing information and mediating services that facilitate career change and career development. The second major field of the Fund’s activity is to promote the establishment of a saving product designed for dancers and professionals working in associated fields. The representatives of the Fund are the members of the Board of Directors.
We offer information about the job market and its opportunities, thus facilitating the boosting of performing artists’ second career.

The Dance Career Endowment Fund developed in 2022 a new guide and information support for artists at key stages of their professional life – INFOPOINT.

An artist’s career usually has several milestones, so we offer useful information for the beginning of a career, but also for the phase when for some reason a career has to be interrupted, or when one stops being active on the scene and moves on to a second career.

The Infopoint is clearly structured according to the type of working status and we believe that it will be easy for artists to navigate.
